Step 1. Go to Sony Vega's Website

Step 2. Click on download free trial >> Choose either 32-bit or 64-bit >> Download the trial

Step 3. Install the trial, do not run it though.

Step 4. Download the keygen

Step 5. Run the keygen, choose Vegas Pro 9 (32bit and 64bit) Series

Step 6. Click on "Patch..." search for your installion folder " 9.0" and let it patch

Step 7. Open Sony Vegas and when prompted, Copy&Paste the serial from the keygen and click next. Keep on clicking next and choosing register from another computer, and next until prompted for activation code

Step 8. Once prompted for activation code Copy&Paste the activation code from the keygen, and your done.

Issues that you may encounter

1. Keygen will not patch files, says "error has occurred while patching the file(s)!"
• Before running keygen.exe, right-click it and "Run as Administrator"
• Make sure Sony Vegas is closed before patching.
• Make sure Sony Vegas 9.0 is selected.
2. Serial key worked, but the activition code did not."
• If you have 64bit OS, then choose 64bit. 32bit didn't work for me on a Windows 7 64bit.
